I had lots of fun with it, as did others.īut the years passed, and Apple eventually let go of HyperCard. I rewrote Larry Landry’s clever solution as a HyperCard XFCN and built a HyperCard “stack” similar to this page.

The “Words that fit” field is updated to contain those that fit into the remaining text. The word you clicked goes into the “Anagram” field below. Its letters are subtracted from the source text, and the remaining letters go in the text field “Remaining text”.

The computer puts into the “Words that fit” field a list of words that can be made out of the letters in the source.
